On the Menu
What's on the Menu? TCI's menu is posted weekly and our youth can be seen creating some of our menu items.
Eating healthy is a very important part of treatment. Youth are served nutritious meals that taste good too. Fred also has extensive training in creating menus for youth having food allergies or aversions. We provide gluten free, peanut free and other allergy free menus. Fred also creates vegan menus to those youth requesting these menu items.
Fresh Fruits and Vegetables
Horticulture Therapy serves a therapeutic purpose for our youth and also provides a "farm to table" approach to providing fresh fruits and vegetables to our menus.
